During actual type selection, it is recommended to simultaneously confirm the outer diameter of the cable, equipment interface size, outgoing direction and the size range of the sheath after shrinkage. The model cannot be selected based on the product name alone.

1. Pre-formed structure to adapt to different cable outgoing directions.
Right-angle and straight-through structures correspond to different equipment connection forms respectively. For equipment with lateral, bottom or right-angle outgoing lines, the corresponding structure can be directly selected to reduce the problem that ordinary heat shrink tubing needs to be cut, adjusted or repeatedly heated in the corner area. 2. Hot melt adhesive design at both ends strengthens the sealing of the connection area.
The inner walls at both ends of the heat shrinkable right angle boot are pre-coated with hot melt sealant. During the heating process, the sheath shrinks, and the hot melt adhesive softens simultaneously and adheres to the connection surface, filling part of the gap between the cable and the equipment interface. This structure not only provides insulation protection, but also further strengthens the blocking ability of the connection area to external factors such as moisture and dust.
3. Polyolefin materials combine electrical insulation and environmental protection.
Anti-track heatshrinkable bushing boots are made of polyolefin materials with volume resistivity ≥1×10 ‰ Ω·cm, dielectric strength ≥25 kV/mm, and have trace resistance and ultraviolet resistance. For power equipment connection areas that require long-term insulation protection, the purchaser can further confirm the applicable specifications based on the actual voltage level, installation environment and equipment structure.
4. Shrink range 2:1 - 3:1 for easy specification matching.
The cable size and connection interfaces of different equipment are not completely consistent. FAQ:
1. Can right-angle and straight-through sheaths replace each other?
Direct substitution is not recommended. If equipment space is limited or cables have obvious corners, using mismatched products may affect the fit and coverage after installation.
2. Does the internal hot melt glue cover the entire sheath?
Hot melt sealant is mainly coated on the inner walls of both ends of the sheath. This design focuses on strengthening the sealing protection of the interface area between the cable and the equipment, and avoiding the impact of completely filling the inside of the entire sheath with glue layer on the installation and shrinkage process.
3. Can it be disassembled or reused after shrinking?
Right angle heat shrink boots are a one-time installation product and are not recommended for disassembly or reuse.
